Join our Peer Support team in HendersonAre you passionate about supporting rangatahi (young people) using your own lived experience of mental health and/or addiction recovery?Ngā Ratonga | Our ServiceEaseUp is a mobile service supporting rangatahi aged 12-24. Peer Support Workers collaborate with Mental Health and Addictions Clinicians to deliver outreach support in the community, meeting rangatahi where they're most comfortable - in their homes, schools, or safe spaces. We work holistically, engaging with whānau and community supports, and offering both one-to-one and group-based activities to promote wellbeing and build resilience.He Kōrero Mō Te Tūranga | The RoleWe're looking for two Peer Support Workers to join our EaseUp mobile team based in Henderson. Provide peer-based mentoring, advocacy, and support
Co-facilitate wellbeing groups in community settings
Deliver person-centred, recovery-focused support
Partner with whānau to enhance resilience and independence

He Kōrero Mōu | About YouWe're looking for Peer Support Workers who bring compassion, authenticity, and a commitment to recovery. To be considered, you will need:

Lived experience of mental health and/or addiction recovery (please share in your cover letter)
A full New Zealand driver's licence
A Level 4 Certificate in Mental Health & Addiction Support (or equivalent)
Experience working with rangatahi and building safe, supportive relationships
Confidence or interest in group facilitation
