- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Operate weighbridge equipment to accurately weigh vehicles and materials
- Record and maintain accurate weighing data and records
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information as needed
- Resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader/Operations Manager
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and spreadsheet proficiency
- Attention to detail and accuracy in weighing and record-keeping
- Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively
- Ability to operate weighbridge equipment
- Previous experience in a customer service or operations role (preferred)
- Experience in a weighbridge or related environment (preferred)
