- Assist with food preparation, portioning, and plating for service.
- Deliver warm, friendly customer service and respond to requests promptly.
- Maintain clean and tidy kitchen, lounge, and dining areas.
- Support specialised food and beverage service, including dietary requirements and alcohol service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times.
- Experience in a similar role and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Flexible, reliable, and physically fit with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication and multitasking skills in a busy environment.
- Barista experience and knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- NZQA Food Handling Certificate (Units 167 & 168) and Serve Wise certification preferred.
