- provide independent, pragmatic advice and identify opportunities for improvement
- support the preparation of project documentation such as business cases, project change requests (PCRs), and project initiation documents (PIDs)
- lead the embedding of project hygiene and good practice change across Digital in line with Ministry frameworks and standards
- gather insights on delivery methods and promote effective practices across teams to build organisational learning
- develop/maintain reporting for initiatives as appropriate.
- project delivery experience in large and complex organisations. (continuous improvement across the project delivery lifecycles, knowledge of agile practices)
- ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences on a range of complex issues, written and verbal reporting
- able to build and maintain a range of effective business relationships
- sound understanding of project frameworks/tools
- good analysis skills (experience analysing project finances and providing insights).
