With proven experience influencing senior stakeholders, you'll combine analytical rigour with excellent interpersonal skills.Key skills and experience we're looking for:A degree-level qualification in business or a related discipline (professional audit/risk qualification desirable e.g., Certified Internal Auditor, NZICA, ISACA).5+ years' experience in audit or risk management.Strong understanding of organisational strategy, public sector requirements, and political environments.Excellent report writing, problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.Confidence engaging and influencing at senior levels, with a collaborative working style.Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, tikanga Māori, and ability to engage effectively with iwi and hapū.Ngā āhuatanga kei a mātou | What we offerThis is a chance to contribute to one of New Zealand's largest and most complex organisations, where your work has a real impact on the community.
