communications and engagement advisor

• You will be responsible for developing and executing internal stakeholder communications and engagement activities.
• You'll play a key role in helping people understand what is happening and how it impacts them by delivering high-quality, consistent messages across a range of channels.
• This position involves creating a variety of communication content, from project updates and newsletters to intranet content.
• You will also be responsible for assisting with stakeholder engagement to gain support for the project and managing the impact of change through proactive communication.

• Proven experience in hands-on delivery of communications and stakeholder engagement for large, complex transformation projects.
• Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Proficiency in communication tools and platforms, including content management systems and graphic design.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain constructive relationships at all levels.
• A tertiary qualification in a commercial discipline, communications, journalism, or marketing, or five years of relevant experience.

• A 6-month initial contract role with the opportunity for extension.
