- Handle support requests received via phone, email, and ticketing platforms
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps in a clear and easy-to-follow manner
- Accurately log support interactions and maintain detailed records
- Escalate advanced or unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams
- Support ongoing improvements to IT support procedures and workflows
- 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk or service desk role, preferably supporting retail or fuel industry environments
- Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems, basic networking, and POS hardware/software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Willing and able to be part of a rotating on-call roster when needed
- Be a key member of an expanding team supporting critical services
