- Based in Gisborne
- Support tangata whaiora to set and achieve personal goals for living well in the community.
- Facilitate group and individual programmes that build life skills, confidence, and independence.
- Share your lived experience to inspire hope and support others on their recovery journey.
- Coordinate activities and resources to ensure programmes run smoothly and meet client needs.
- Build strong connections with whānau, community agencies, and support networks.
- Lived experience of mental distress and/or addiction, and a willingness to share your recovery journey.
- A Level 4 Certificate in Health & Wellbeing (or commitment to work towards it).
- Basic computer skills (email, client management systems, intranet).
- Strong people skills to engage and support clients in diverse situations.
- Experience in mental health, addiction, intellectual disability, or social services.
- Ability to connect with community agencies and networks (desirable).
- A full NZ driver's licence and full working rights in NZ.
