We are seeking highly organised and detail-oriented individuals as a Service Desk Representative - Level 1/Level 2 on various temporary contracts. If you possess a strong customer service background and have a genuine interest in technology, Join our team for a rewarding and dynamic experience in various temporary roles.Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to employees and key stakeholders
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues at both Level 1 and Level 2, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to government security protocols.
Document and track support requests, maintaining meticulous records for compliance and auditing purposes.
Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles tailored to government-specific technology environments.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service is essential
Basic to intermediate technical proficiency, with a strong interest in technology and a commitment to staying current on security policies and procedures.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regulated and security-conscious environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies specific to operations.
