- Coach and partner with the business across our Villages and Support Office from Village Managers to Executive Members
- Contribute strategic input across the full spectrum of people projects and initiatives including working with business leaders to identify, prioritise and build organisational capability through enhanced behaviours, structures and processes
- Support leaders with the full range of HR generalist activity including workforce planning, employment relations, change management, remuneration and organisational design, ensuring coaching and continued learning is delivered to stakeholders,
- Proactively anticipate and design solutions to solve complex people challenges both at a local level and across the organisation
