Maintenance Coordinator- Distribution Centre

- Conduct daily checks on materials handling equipment such as the hung garment sorter, tilt tray sorter, carton sorter, Boiler, steam tunnels, fork hoists, printers, computers, and software.
- Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment and coordinate servicing with relevant contractors.
- Meet with contractors on-site to review tasks, ensuring production runs smoothly and that any risks are properly managed.
- Raise work orders for vendors to carry out repairs and verify that machinery is operational post-repair.
- Raise purchase orders for vendors, ensuring invoices align with work orders before payment approval.
- Manage spare parts inventory, track usage, and replenish stock as needed.
- Previous experience in a similar maintenance role is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with DC MHE (Materials Handling Equipment).
