We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of two major retail centres on behalf of our client. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a busy, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.Location: Botany
Hours: Monday-Friday (with flexibility for occasional weekends/after-hours)What You'll Be DoingCoordinate daily operational activities, contractor tasks, and maintenance routinesSupport safety, compliance, and preventative maintenance requirements across both sitesManage site inductions, documentation, and compliance platforms (e.g. contractor permits, BWOF)Assist with tenancy fit-outs, project works, and liaison between retailers and centre teamsEnsure high standards of service delivery from cleaning, security, and facilities providersWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in operations, facilities, or property coordination (retail preferred)Strong communication and admin skills with confidence using systems like Microsoft OfficeA proactive, safety-first mindset and the ability to take initiativeAble to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and build great relationships with contractors and stakeholdersKnowledge of compliance, Workplace Health and Safety, and retail operations is an advantageIf you're ready for your next challenge in operations and want to work behind the scenes of some of Auckland's busiest retail environments - apply now!
