- Taking full ownership of diary management, a key part of this role, ensuring schedules run smoothly and are optimised to avoid conflicts.
- Coordinating each stage of the Partners' workflow, from preparation to follow-up
- Organising travel arrangements, logistics and events
- Preparing, formatting and checking documents and proposals to a high standard
- Anticipating needs, solving problems and keeping everything on track
- Has proven Executive Assistant experience, ideally within a professional services environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and a sharp eye for accuracy
- Ability to work independently while juggling competing demands
- Calm, solutions-focused and adaptable under pressure
- Communicates clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally
- Confident with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
- Committed to delivering a premium service to senior stakeholders and clients
