- Partner closely with recovering clients and their family, providers, and employers
- Communicate by phone, email, or in some cases face to face.
- Facilitate a holistic rehabilitation plan to manage any roadblocks to ensure the best possible outcome for recovery
- Support your clients in making meaningful progress towards their goals and outcomes
- Excellent communication skills: The ability to engage and support clients while explaining complex technical information clearly.
- Curious mindset: Eager to learn and apply complex legislation and technical details.
- Flexible and adaptable: Strong time management and ability to adjust plans for client needs.
- Personal resilience: Support clients in challenging circumstances without taking it home.
- Clean New Zealand driver's license: Travel to clients as needed.
- Experience in case management or working in the public sector is a bonus but not a requirement!
- Only work Monday to Friday - no nights, no weekends, no public holidays
- After working with us for 6 months (training period) , work from home up to 3 days per week (we provide you with the technology to support this)
