The Doctors Te Whare HaparaWe have an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join the team at The Doctors Te Whare Hapara. We are looking for someone who can bring clinical excellence and a passion for improving the health of the community. Our general practice has a wonderful mix of patients including young families from the local area.You will be working with skilled clinical and administration colleagues and be supported by a dedicated medical centre leadership team. We are flexible to accommodate your requirements, so we also will consider a part-time role, rather than full-time if you wish (essential that you work on a Friday).This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week across Monday - Friday.Do you have what we are looking for?

A current New Zealand practicing certificate is essential
Your practice aligns with the principles of The Treaty of Waitangi.
Prior experience in a medical centre is desirable but not essential
Competent in areas of nursing in either or both primary and secondary care
Willing to continually learn and improve
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong rapport with team members.
Confident, friendly and approachable.
You will ideally hold current CPR certificate
Immunisation and smear taker certificates is desirable but not essential
Computer literate
