Te whiwhinga mahi | The OpportunityThe remuneration range for this role is $69,566 - $99,630 and is covered by the collective agreement: NZNORegistered Nurse Flight Team - 1.3 FTE total (positions up to 0.7 FTE will be considered)Position Description |Moū - About youWe require registered nurses with at least 5 years post graduate experience in critical care (emergency/CCU/ICU) to join our nurse lead flight team in sunny Gisborne flying patients to and from our tertiary hospital and other hospitals and clinics around New Zealand.Essential attributes are;
  • Registered nurse with current APC
  • 5 years critical care experience
  • Current CORE advanced (or ACLS)
  • Requirement to complete further training specific to flight nursing and other courses
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proven communication and excellent physical assessment skills
  • Ability to work independently with patients and whanau with complex health needs under the direction of our medical director
