Non-Negotiables
  • Minimum 7-8 years' experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on land development projects
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • CPEng (or very close to obtaining)
  • Strong technical capability using 12d/Civil3D and AutoCAD
  • Confident in report writing, design presentations, and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff
  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
Desirables
  • Prior experience working in a client-facing consultancy environment
  • Working knowledge of New Zealand planning and development standards
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable balancing autonomy with team collaboration
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, consultants, and contractors
