Te whiwhinga mahi - Our opportunityYou will be instrumental in building collateral to be delivered by our SMEs to deliver to our regional Housing teams as we move into a Train the Trainer model.You will apply modern learning methodologies and collaborate across teams to ensure learning solutions are effective, inclusive, and aligned with our strategic objectives. Integrating Te Ao Māori perspectives into learning design and delivery will be essential, as will evaluating customer experience metrics to continuously improve performance. You'll work closely with internal teams across Customer Channels, Customer Experience and Practice, Organisational Development, and Change, as well as external training providers and other agencies.Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bringYou'll be experienced in adult learning methodologies and have the ability to collaborative to deliver the best resources for our people. As a naturally proactive person, you'll be constantly looking for ways to deliver exceptional quality training across Aotearoa.To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Proven experience in a dynamic, multi-faceted environment.
Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in adult learning design and delivery.
Expertise in blended learning, online training, capability development, and evaluation.
Strong understanding of cultural considerations in training content and delivery
Cultural competency, especially in tikanga Māori and Pacific peoples' cultures.
Ability to analyse data and apply insights to improve learning outcomes.
Innovative mindset with a passion for exploring new learning approaches.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strong time management and prioritisation abilities.
