- Oversee stock ordering, receiving, rotation, and storage, maintaining budgetary control.
- Prepare, cook, and present food to a high standard, including buffet and event catering.
- Maintain strong relationships with the Fonterra client and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Hold an NZQA Level 4 Cookery Certificate or equivalent trade qualification.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role, with proven leadership and culinary skills.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
