Create 'moments of delight’ with particular focus on creating dishes that highlight the exceptional features of the F&P range of products.The RoleThe Global Experience Centre Assistant Chef assists the Global Experience Centre Chef to deliver a curated premium Fisher & Paykel Customer Experience that create ‘moments of delight’ through food experiences that highlight the exceptional features and benefits of the F&P range of products.The Global EC Assistant Chef will grow their knowledge of the Fisher & Paykel Appliance Brand and product portfolio to allow them to tell the Fisher & Paykel story to our customers in a compelling way.You will be primarily responsible for supporting the smooth delivery of the curated Fisher & Paykel experience to all visitors, providing guests with in-depth product detail, and confidently telling the Fisher & Paykel story.Along with the wider Experience Centre team, this dynamic role will see you assisting in the management & delivery of highly innovative cooking demonstrations, ensuring high quality output that generates interest, meets consumer's needs, develops brand loyalty and results in participants leaving with increased product knowledge & a preference for the Fisher Paykel Brands.You will be results driven and take a collaborative approach in leading and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver key outcomes and clearly communicating updates on projects.That’s the role, so who are you?You will be someone passionate about cooking and all that that entails with previous experience as a Cooking Specialist, Chef and or cooking demonstrator. You will have the ability to learn how to design and deliver food experiences tailored to a luxury audience and leadership within a cooking environment.This role has a big focus on delivery to audiences, it requires a confident and engaging communicator with passion and energy to take ownership and responsibility, but equally important is the right attitude.We are looking for someone with proven strengths in the areas of:

A real people person and an outstanding communicator - an ability to build strong relationships at all levels
Exceptionally high service standards
Demonstrated capability of food and occupational safety practices in kitchen
Highly organised, structured, meticulous, efficient with an agile mindset
The ability to make good judgments and make quick decisions
Cooking demonstrations, ensuring high quality output and engaging storytelling
Food handling and presentation at a high standard.
Uses & maintains and cleans all equipment to the required specification
Communication, presentation and service delivery
