The Opportunity | Te kosheringOur Roadmarking department is renowned for providing quality road marking services for Downer and our clients, across Aotearoa. The Administration Coordinator plays a fundamental role in supporting the great work we do across Auckland and Northland.This is a busy and varied role, tasked with ensuring administration functions are carried out to a consistently high level of service. Provide quality coordination contract support services to team members. The role offers responsibility and autonomy so you must be highly organised with plenty of initiative.Duties include:

Data entry and reporting
Work schedule coordination
Superb internal customer service
Processing purchase orders and daily job records
Supporting and driving a culture of zero harm
Continuous improvement initiatives

This is a part-time role offering 30 hours per week working standard business hours Monday - Friday primarily from our Penrose office. We are open to discussing hybrid work arrangements.Important Skills | Nga pūkenga matuaYour pleasant and friendly demeanour, highly organised approach and excellent data entry skills will ensure you are successful in this role. You'll be happy to raise your hand to support the crew as needed. We'd value someone with:

Experience providing quality administration and coordination support
Previous experience with financial reporting processes
Strong communication skills
Current driver's license
