  • Assist in setup and daily operation of sKids programmes, ensuring smooth and engaging experiences for tamariki.
  • Play a key role in helping 'grow AWESOME Kiwi kids' through supportive and inspiring programme delivery.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision and care, ensuring quality and safety in all activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and school communities.
  • Support and develop your team of staff members.
Hours & Location:
This role is based in Coatesville and involves 7+ hours per week, rostered across after-school (2:30pm-6:00pm) programmes from Monday to Friday. There may also be opportunities for additional hours during school holiday programmes (7:00am-6:00pm). You may also be required to work in other sites on the shore. Therefore preferred candidates needs to have a reliable transport or vehicle for this role.Perks & Benefits:

QualificationsWe're looking for someone who has,
  • A strong passion for working with children aged 5-12 and helping inspiring them, to develop their confidence along with the ability to be true to themselves.
  • Previous experience working with children or working in the childcare/ education sector.
  • Previous experience in organizing before & after school programs is highly beneficial.
  • A strong communicator as you will be the face between sKids and the parents.
  • A Valid NZ work/student visa or is a NZ resident or citizen.
  • In order to comply with Social Security (Childcare Assistance) Regulations 2004, only applicants over the age of 20 years old can be considered for this role.
