You will be supported to complete the Diabetes Knowledge and Skills Framework, which will equip you with the competence and evidence to confidently apply your knowledge when supporting people living with complex diabetes needs.For further information, please refer to theAbout usThe Auckland Diabetes Service provides high quality expert wrap around care through a multi-disciplinary team approach to patients with complex Diabetes conditions. While the role will primarily be based at Greenlane Clinical Centre, we also provide services at community clinics and Auckland Hospital inpatient wards.Auckland Diabetes Service is committed to supporting nurses within a professional career pathway. There is currently an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with at least 2 years Diabetes experience to step into a fixed term role to support the team.
