A well-established and highly regarded organisation based in North Shore, Auckland, known for their ongoing commitment to supporting the local community is seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant. Due to internal developments, they are currently seeking a part-time, experienced Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO and his family. This role involves managing both professional and personal schedules, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a dynamic and rewarding environment.About the role:This is a varied and rewarding part-time 20 hours per week role suited to a highly organised, proactive, and trustworthy PA. You will be responsible for managing both professional and personal schedules, coordinating travel, appointments, and events, and acting as a reliable point of contact for the CEO.This is more than just a typical admin role - your ability to balance discretion with efficiency will be key to your success.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including meetings, appointments, and personal engagementsCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangementsLiaise with internal stakeholders and external contacts on behalf of the CEOAssist with personal tasks and errands for the CEO and familyHandle confidential information with integrity and discretionOrganise events, family activities, and ad-hoc requests as requiredPrepare documents, presentations, and reports as neededSkills & Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a similar PA or EA role, ideally supporting a senior executiveExcellent organisational and time-management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesHigh level of discretion and confidentialityProficient in Microsoft Office and calendar management toolsAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureFlexibility to manage both professional and personal support tasksWhat's on Offer
