Relevant QS qualifications
Commercial/Retail build background
Strong technically with related software knowledge - Excel
Well-presented and professional attitude
Strong people skills at all levels from site to senior management
Sub-contractor & Client relationships
Preparation of tender documents
Reviewing drawing and measuring
Processing of claims, variations and invoices
