CRL Stations Day One Readiness Project Manager

• Develop and deliver the Operational Readiness Plan for CRL station operations.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for new and existing station staff.
• Manage operational readiness activities, including testing, commissioning, and mobilisation of security resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure all assets, systems, and procedures are in place for Day 1.
• Lead working groups and contribute to the Hypercare planning.

• Proven experience in station operations, customer experience, and metro rail environments preferred.

• Extensive background in project management and operational readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in delivering training and competency frameworks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
