- 5+ years in dealer-facing roles across automotive sales, wholesale, or finance, with a proven record of growth.
- Strong understanding of NZ automotive market dynamics, compliance and dealer funding models.
- Commercial acumen, able to balance immediate sales with long-term positioning.
- Track record of managing external partners and influencing strategic decisions.
- Hands-on operator comfortable building from scratch while thinking two steps ahead.
