- At least have 3 year experience as a Chef;
- NZQA Level 4 Cookery or equivalent would be an advantage.
- Be hard working, reliable, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Have excellent understanding of all hygiene, health and food safety practices in a food environment
- Have excellent communication skills
- Preferably hold food safety certificates (Unit Standard 167 & 168)
- Have the ability to work independently and confidently, but most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
