Civil Project Manager - Bay of Plenty, New ZealandThe Bay of Plenty is one of New Zealand's most picturesque and desirable locations. Due to increasing workload one of New Zealand's leading civil contractors is now looking to secure an experienced Project Manager for their team based in the Bay of Plenty. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional with a degree in Civil Engineering (or similar) and a strong background in heavy civil works, including civil structures and water-related projects.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale civil projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Supervise project teams and manage resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety practices.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Significant experience in heavy civil works, particularly in civil structures and water projects.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
