- Prepare pastries and desserts from scratch
- Create special orders and custom work for our clients & in-house guests
- Designing & decorating pastries/desserts
- Uphold the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices.
- Work with the Executive Chef to craft innovative desserts and pastries for the menu
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Pastry
- Experience in hotels is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work on a rotating roster
- Hospitality certifications are preferred but not required
- Positive attitude
