Prepare pastries and desserts from scratch
Create special orders and custom work for our clients & in-house guests
Designing & decorating pastries/desserts
Uphold the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices.
Work with the Executive Chef to craft innovative desserts and pastries for the menu
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in Pastry
Experience in hotels is preferred but not required
Must be able to work on a rotating roster
Hospitality certifications are preferred but not required
Positive attitude
