  • Provide physiotherapy services and clinical teaching to a high standard
  • Contribute to the School’s academic goals by developing, applying and sharing expert clinical knowledge.
  • Provide leadership and development in areas of expertise.
  • Contribute to the team and the smooth running of the Clinic.
Your skills and experience/Kā pūkeka me kā wheakoThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:Essential
  • Strong clinical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • You must hold registration with the NZ Physiotherapy Board
  • You must have the ability to work to time frames, goals and in teams, along with excellent written and strong verbal communications skills.
  • You must be compliant with current Ministry of Health mandated requirements and the Vulnerable Children’s Act.
  • Interest in Māori health and a commitment to Tikanga Māori
  • A positive attitude and an ability to “think outside of the box”
Preferred but not essential
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification.
  • Preferred but not essential experience with supervision of students.
  • Experience with liaising with clinical partners.
