As a Parts Interpreter based in Auckland but working with Terra’s nationwide team, your role is to provide accurate parts interpretation and solutions to our customers. You’ll handle enquiries across phone, counter, email, web, and chat, ensuring accurate and timely responses at first contact.Using digital tools including Talkdesk and SalesLink, you’ll generate quotes, process orders through to invoicing, and manage returns in line with policy.Working closely with our service and distribution teams, you’ll make sure customer needs are met on time, every time. You’ll also look for opportunities to upsell value-added parts promotions and encourage customers to use our digital platforms, including parts.cat.com.This role is key to delivering a seamless, positive customer experience across every interaction.What Terra offers:
