- Drive the development of Mercedes-Benz Van parts availability across the network.
- Evaluate inventory forecasts to prepare sea and air freight stock replenishments.
- Monitor and report on customer backorders, taking the right actions to resolve issues.
- Maintain and develop procurement best practice manuals and procedural documentation.
- Assist with stock level recommendations, pricing schedules, and dealer performance standards.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, suppliers, and internal teams, providing expert advice and support.
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative working environment while meeting performance targets.
- Solid experience in the automotive/motor industry with strong parts interpretation knowledge.
- Proven experience in a similar procurement or aftersales role.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships.
