Parts Procurement Specialist - Mercedes Benz

• Drive the development of Mercedes-Benz Van parts availability across the network.
• Evaluate inventory forecasts to prepare sea and air freight stock replenishments.
• Monitor and report on customer backorders, taking the right actions to resolve issues.
• Maintain and develop procurement best practice manuals and procedural documentation.
• Assist with stock level recommendations, pricing schedules, and dealer performance standards.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, suppliers, and internal teams, providing expert advice and support.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative working environment while meeting performance targets.

• Solid experience in the automotive/motor industry with strong parts interpretation knowledge.
• Proven experience in a similar procurement or aftersales role.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and communication skills.
• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Team player attitude with a commitment to delivering industry-leading service.
