- Partner with the business to lead and execute tender, go-to-market, contract, RFI/EOI/RFT/RFP and supplier selection processes in line with Fulton Hogan’s overarching procurement policies and processes
- Establish key performance indicators and implement supplier performance reviews for preferred suppliers in consultation with the business
- Understand category-level priorities, ensure these are reflected in the selection and engagement of suppliers within the regions and business areas
- Facilitate and support the smooth rollout of service delivery levels and/or transition when service delivery levels are changed

- A full Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS Chartered).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement in infrastructure, construction working for a main contractor.
- Relevant experience in a company with a mature purchasing function, including experience in the selection of suppliers – enquiry and negotiation.
