- Creating and leading social media strategies that tell our story and connect with our audience
- Designing, writing, and editing engaging content (text, images, video)
- Scheduling posts and running social ad campaigns
- Managing and growing our online communities
- Monitoring trends and analysing performance to inform content decisions
- Attending events and generating real-time, relevant content
- Generating content for our internal learning management system (e.g. SOPs, videos, instruction guides)
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics
- Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar)
- Ideally 1-2 years' experience in B2C social media/content creation
- Strong content creation skills across formats and platforms
- Confidence using Meta Business Suite, CMS tools, and analytics platforms
- An eye for detail, a creative mindset, and a proactive approach to your work
- A team player attitude with great communication skills
- Bonus: knowledge of SEO and keyword research
