This is a role that could suit someone fit and active with experience or even an entry level role for someone who is prepared to learn.

About the roleThe role is a Monday to Friday role working 40 hours per week from 8.30 am to 5 pm.We are seeking an all allrounder Maintenance person to join our team, providing general services to our residents at our lovely Pinesong Village in Green Bay, Auckland. You will assist with the overall maintenance and upkeep of our village.

Providing general maintenance services to our residents in our Village.
Role will involve Gardening work from time to time to support the team when needed
Tasks can include everything from fixing a squeaky door or painting touch ups, to problem solving any kind of maintenance issue that might occur in your own home.
Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety standards are met and maintained on site
Take responsibility to keep residents (and all stakeholders) up to date and resolve issues within a timely manner.

About youPrevious experience as a general handy person or in grounds maintenance will be highly advantageous.Some things that will support your application:

Ability to work autonomously, follow instructions well and be part of a team
Strong focus on Health and Safety in every aspect of your work
Can do attitude with great judgement and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
Customer centric approach - driven to deliver outstanding service to our residents
Full clean driver's license
