- This is a role that could suit someone fit and active with experience or even an entry level role for someone who is prepared to learn.
- Providing general maintenance services to our residents in our Village.
- Role will involve Gardening work from time to time to support the team when needed
- Tasks can include everything from fixing a squeaky door or painting touch ups, to problem solving any kind of maintenance issue that might occur in your own home.
- Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety standards are met and maintained on site
- Take responsibility to keep residents (and all stakeholders) up to date and resolve issues within a timely manner.
- Ability to work autonomously, follow instructions well and be part of a team
- Strong focus on Health and Safety in every aspect of your work
- Can do attitude with great judgement and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.

- Full clean driver's license
