We are looking for a fully registered teacher with proven leadership experience who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating exceptional learning experiencesAs Head Teacher, you will lead our team. This is a key leadership position where you'll have the chance to build strong relationships, influence centre direction, and support your team's ongoing development.We're seeking a confident, collaborative, and capable leader who shares our values and vision for high-quality early learning. You'll be someone who leads by example, inspires others, and has a strong understanding of curriculum, planning, and compliance.Role Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will have:

BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current full/provisional teacher certification
Leadership experience in an early childhood setting
A strong understanding of programme planning, assessment, and pedagogy
Excellent knowledge of ECE regulations, Te Whāriki, and a commitment to compliance
A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and delivering high-quality education
