Lead curriculum design, planning, and reflective practice
Build warm, respectful relationships with tamariki, whānau, and your team
Mentor and support Kaiako, growing capability and confidence
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and care
Champion your room's vision and values while aligning with BestStart's philosophy

What You'll Bring:

A Level 7 ECE or Primary teaching qualification and full certification
Experience leading or mentoring a team - or the readiness to step up
A collaborative, heart-led approach to leadership
Strong understanding of child development and learning
A commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive practice
