About our team/Mō te tīmaDivisional Services and Administration is a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional support to students and staff. As the largest workforce of the university, our team spans every corner of the motu and fosters a strong culture of whakawhanaukataka (community). We take pride in providing confidential, high-quality secretarial and administrative services that empower our university to excel.You will work in a team with 5 Administrators and an Operations Lead based at the School of Pharmacy supporting four degrees, our team of highly skilled professional staff is responsible for delivering an outstanding student and staff experience through high quality, effective service delivery to all the University’s internal and external customers.The role/Te mahiThe School of Pharmacy is seeking two capable and motivated Administrators to provide high-quality administrative support to Pharmacy and Pharmacology. These are varied and rewarding roles working closely academic staff, and administrative colleagues. Further details/PūrokoWe have two positions available, one full time (37.5 hours), fixed term (10-month duration) and one part time (30 hours), fixed term (1 year duration) position, located in Ōtepoti, Dunedin.The appointment range for this role is Level 4 $63,508 to $68,185. Top of Range $73,640.We are also seeking candidates for Kaiwhakahaere Tari positions, which support the implementation of our Māori Strategic Framework.
