You will be working with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, innovative and well-crafted user experiences for business travellers. Serko, as a Kiwi technology company, is committed to giving back to the tech community. You will work alongside industry professionals and be supported by experienced mentors & business leaders.What you'll get to do

Collaborate with product managers, engineers and other product designers to understand needs and translate them into design solutions.
Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback on your own and others' work.
Assist with the development of our design systems and maintain design consistency across Serko products.
Facilitate and/or observe user research and testing of prototypes; customer interviews and other field research.
Participate in workshops during discovery and delivery.

About You

A strong passion for learning and a desire to grow as a product designer.
Strong understanding of design principles (e.g., user interface design, user experience design).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Open to receiving constructive feedback in a safe and inclusive work environment.
Proficiency in design software.
Currently enrolled in a design program (e.g., graphic design, user experience design) or a related field.
