- Deliver end-to-end design artefacts: research, concepts, prototypes and UI
- Conduct research and evaluative testing to understand customer needs
- Utilise design practices (personas, journey maps) for a shared customer view
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to scope, prioritise and deliver solutions
- Balance customer problems, business goals and technical realities for thoughtful experiences
- Contribute to design strategy, defining the long-term experience vision
- Evolve the design system, building reusable patterns and components for consistency
- Support design team culture and processes with a mindset of continuous improvement
- 7+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally in SaaS or modern cloud software
- Skilled across the full design process: discovery, prototyping, iteration and delivery
- Strong visual design and interaction design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, across stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and making trade‑offs to achieve strategic goals
- Experience working closely with product managers and engineers in cross‑functional teams
- Strong planning and organisational skills, able to manage timelines independently
- Research and data informed mindset, with the ability to seek and interpret insights to guide design decisions
- Excited about the potential of AI and open to new ways of working
- Familiar with design systems and passionate about contributing to their evolution
