- Provide day-to-day advice and interpretation of compliance obligations under the AML/CFT Act 2009.
- Support internal teams and external clients with risk assessment queries.
- Deliver training to managers, salespeople, and administrators to build capability across the business.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- A natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex information for a variety of audiences.
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels and adept at building strong working relationships.
- Highly organised, able to work autonomously, and can thrive under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in compliance management is essential; experience in real estate is advantageous but not mandatory.
