We're seeking a Compliance Manager to join a dynamic, high-performing team in a role that blends operational oversight, stakeholder engagement, and practical problem-solving.The Role:

Provide day-to-day advice and interpretation of compliance obligations under the AML/CFT Act 2009.
Support internal teams and external clients with risk assessment queries.
Deliver training to managers, salespeople, and administrators to build capability across the business.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

About You:

A natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex information for a variety of audiences.
Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels and adept at building strong working relationships.
Highly organised, able to work autonomously, and can thrive under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Previous experience in compliance management is essential; experience in real estate is advantageous but not mandatory.
