Start Date: ASAPWe're on the lookout for a reliable and experienced Sucker Truck Driver to join our team in Ashburton on a part-time basis. If you’re motivated, safety-conscious, and have a Class 4 NZ Driver's License, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Operate a sucker (vacuum) truck to carry out drainage, hydro excavation, or waste removal tasksPerform pre-start checks and general maintenance of the vehicleEnsure safe and efficient operation on sites and roadwaysFollow all health and safety regulations and company proceduresComplete basic job reporting and paperworkRequirements:Must hold a valid Class 4 NZ Driver's LicensePrevious experience operating a sucker truck or similar equipment is preferredPhysically fit and able to perform manual tasksStrong understanding of health and safety practicesReliable, punctual, and self-motivatedGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to pass a drug and alcohol testWhat We Offer:Flexible part-time hours (could suit someone semi-retired or looking for extra work)Supportive team and safe working environmentCompetitive hourly rate based on experienceOpportunity to work on a variety of jobs across the Mid Canterbury regionApplicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
