Due to successful tender wins plus preferred client projects ready to commence, they are now in need of an additional driven intermediate/senior or senior quantity surveyor to join their team. They have a mix of new projects in the $10M - $25M space coming online and you will be working across one or two projects, size dependant.Working in this friendly team and reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will demonstrate a high level of integrity, excellent communication skills and ability to converse at all levels. You will be a QS who has strong experience in letting subcontractor packages in detail, financially managing projects, completing monthly payment claims, pricing and processing variations with minimal supervision.
