This position offers the flexibility to work from home while assisting clients in planning their dream vacations.Responsibilities: * Consult with clients via phone, email, or text to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements.

Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to create customized travel itineraries tailored to each client's needs.
Provide expert advice on travel destinations, including visa requirements, local customs, and attractions.
Book flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reservations.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and availability for clients.
Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns from clients promptly and professionally, offering solutions and recommendations as needed.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and new destinations to enhance service offerings.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, resources, and best practices for delivering exceptional customer service.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

Requirements: * Must be 18 years of age or older.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Ability to work independently and fully remote, with reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace.
