- Ensure equipment and the workspace are clean, safe and ready to roll for production
- Check the quality of ingredients, measure and weigh what's needed
- Knead, cut, mix and shape dough and pastry goods
- Create our top-tier bakery products, from classics to crowd-pleasers
- Keep an eye on the oven and make sure every batch is cooked to perfection
- Manage the whole baking flow - from loading the trays to cooling fresh batches of bread, rolls and pastries
- Add the finishing touches - glaze the buns and decorate the cakes
- Safely operate machines which roll and mould dough and cut biscuits
- Clean and prep baking trays, tins and other equipment, ready for the next round
- Exceptional food handling skills or relevant food handling experience
- Commitment to strict adherence to Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
- A passion for producing high-quality product
- The ability to work successfully in a team and independently
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
