| - |We're looking for an experienced and systems-savvy Site Manager or Intermediate Project Manager to join a luxury accommodation development on the fringe of Queenstown. This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal site based role as the structure nears completion, and a pipeline of high end finishing and fit-out works is ahead.What's on Offer:

Your Role:Initially focused on project coordination, documentation management, and site administration, this role will evolve into direct management of a section of the project. You'll stay close to the action - solving issues on the ground, supporting subcontractors, and driving progress. You'll help embed a safety-first culture, produce clear site reporting, and work with the design and delivery teams to coordinate designs and RFIs, mitigate risk and resolve site challenges quickly.What We're Looking For:

5+ years of site or project management experience in NZ construction
Strong working knowledge of construction project and document systems
Experience with multi-storey residential / apartment projects a bonus
Relevant trade or construction management qualifications
A proactive problem solver with great communication skills
Team player who can build strong relationships across the site
