Skills to build good relationships with the people we support and help them make good decisions for themselves
The ability to work independently and problem solve in complex situations
Excellent communications skills and the ability to share information in a way that can be easily understood
Comfortable and proficient in using technology
You will need to be physically fit to support in a variety of activities
Full NZ driver's licence
