- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and internal audits to identify potential compliance issues and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate potential compliance violations and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory authorities as required.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance standards are met across the organization.
- Manage and maintain compliance-related documentation and records.
- Assist the maintenance team in creating, planning and managing maintenance tasks using the Pronto CMMS.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and regulatory bodies during audits or examinations.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of the compliance program.
- Acting as a liaison between varying internal and external parties across the processing areas.
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance or a related field, preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
- Strong skills in risk assessment, internal auditing, and policy development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
